Billing and usage settings help you see how workspace activity maps to plan limits and the current billing period.

What the usage view tracks

The current product tracks usage around two core ideas:
  • active prompts
  • AI answers processed
Those numbers give you the clearest view of how much monitoring capacity the workspace is using right now.

Billing cycle context

Usage is only meaningful within the current billing window. Always read prompt and answer totals together with the current cycle dates so you know whether a number reflects a fresh period or a nearly exhausted one.

Practical reasons to check usage

  • a team is approaching its prompt limit
  • answer volume is rising faster than expected
  • you need to decide whether to change plan tier
  • stakeholders want to understand how consumption maps to coverage

Subscription management

The billing area is also where account owners review:
  • current plan
  • available upgrade paths
  • billing portal access
  • payment administration
Review billing and usage whenever you materially expand prompt coverage. Prompt growth, schedule changes, and new workspace members all tend to increase consumption indirectly, even if the plan looked comfortable at the start of the month.
