# How do I publish and share an AI visibility report?

> Publish a report snapshot, choose link permissions, control downloads, and update or revoke shared access.

Publish a shared version from your report and configure its access settings. A shared report is a published snapshot, so recipients see the version you chose to publish rather than every edit to your working document.

## Choose who can open the link

The access settings distinguish:

* **Anyone with the link:** recipients do not need to sign in. Treat the URL as shareable access.
* **Workspace members:** recipients must sign in and have active workspace membership.
* **Selected people:** only the chosen signed-in workspace members can open it.
* **Password protected:** recipients must enter the password you provide separately.

An unlisted link is not the same as a private link. Choose a restricted mode when the report contains information that should remain within a team.

## Select the report's scope

Choose which pages are visible, the page shown first, any expiration, and the available viewer permissions. PDF and data downloads are separate permissions. Review the shared view before distributing the link.

## Publish updates deliberately

When you edit the report or refresh its data, publish the updates to the shared link when you want recipients to see them. A **Changed since publish** state identifies a difference between the working report and the published version.

Revoke a link when it should no longer provide access. An expired or revoked link asks the recipient to contact the owner; changing the report in the editor does not restore a revoked link automatically.

See [PDF downloads](/docs/reports/download-pdf) for exporting a published report.
