Data Processing Addendum

The Chatobserver Data Processing Addendum applies where Chatobserver processes personal data on a customer's behalf in providing the Services.

The public DPA page is being prepared from the legal pack dated 19 June 2026. Before the full text is published, Chatobserver is verifying Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 against the actual product systems, subprocessors, countries, transfer mechanisms and security controls.
