The legal pack requires every published control to be evidenced before publication. Chatobserver will not publish a generic security checklist or claim a control is in place until it has been verified against the operating environment.

The future summary is expected to cover hosting and data locations, encryption, access control, tenant separation, development and change management, vulnerability management, logging, incident response, backups, deletion, personnel controls, vendor controls and security contact details.
