Own chatobserver’s go-to-market engine end-to-end: refine ICP, build repeatable plays, and lead marketing + sales motions to new revenue milestones.

You will

  • Define GTM strategy, quota coverage, and marketing investment to accelerate pipeline.
  • Craft positioning, pricing, and enablement alongside founders and product.
  • Hire, coach, and collaborate with marketing execs, partners, and customer success.

You bring

  • 7+ years leading SaaS revenue/orgs (marketing-led or hybrid GTM).
  • Hands-on with AI/analytics products and comfortable jumping into key deals.
  • Strong operating cadence—forecasting, cohort analysis, and iterative playbooks.

Marketing Executive

Drive outbound conversations with marketing leaders, turn inbound interest into qualified pipeline, and help GTM teams deploy AI visibility insights.

You will

  • Own a high-volume outreach and follow-up motion, pairing strategic prompts with prospect pain.
  • Partner with product marketing to refine messaging, demos, and recap cadences.
  • Qualify opportunities, book executive walkthroughs, and keep CRM hygiene spotless.

You bring

  • 2-4+ years in SDR, marketing development, or similar revenue roles.
  • Comfortable with AI search, marketing analytics, and storytelling with data.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, hybrid teams and can write compelling outreach copy.
