Own chatobserver’s go-to-market engine end-to-end: refine ICP, build repeatable plays, and lead marketing + sales motions to new revenue milestones.
You will
- Define GTM strategy, quota coverage, and marketing investment to accelerate pipeline.
- Craft positioning, pricing, and enablement alongside founders and product.
- Hire, coach, and collaborate with marketing execs, partners, and customer success.
You bring
- 7+ years leading SaaS revenue/orgs (marketing-led or hybrid GTM).
- Hands-on with AI/analytics products and comfortable jumping into key deals.
- Strong operating cadence—forecasting, cohort analysis, and iterative playbooks.
