Annual Demo Offer Terms
These terms apply to the Chatobserver pricing-page offer for eligible teams that request and attend a demo.
Effective date: 21 March 2026
1. Offer eligibility
To qualify, you must be a new Chatobserver customer evaluating an annual Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan, request the offer through the pricing page, and complete an attended demo with our team. We may require a work email address and additional qualification details before approval.
2. Discount fulfilment
Approved participants receive a $250 discount applied to their first eligible annual invoice. The offer is applied manually by Chatobserver, is not redeemable for cash, and does not create platform usage credits or any other stored balance.
3. Restrictions
Limit one approved offer per company. The offer cannot be transferred, resold, or combined with other discounts, promotions, referral rewards, or bespoke commercial concessions unless Chatobserver agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Expiry and review
If approved, the discount must be applied within 30 days of the attended demo unless Chatobserver confirms a longer window in writing. We may deny or revoke the offer where eligibility is not met, information is inaccurate, or misuse or fraud is suspected.
5. Modifications and termination
Chatobserver may modify, pause, or end this offer at any time. Changes do not affect discounts already approved in writing before the change takes effect.
