Verify your API key
Only active team API keys generated in the Chatobserver dashboard will authenticate successfully. Visit Dashboard → API Access and create or rotate a key if needed.
Confirm connector access
Ensure the Google account you use in Looker Studio has been added as a tester or that the connector deployment is shared with you.
Refresh authorization
If credentials expire, open Resource → Manage added data sources in Looker Studio, edit the Chatobserver source, and click “Reauthenticate”.
