Quick self-serve checks
Verify your API key
Only active workspace API keys created in the Chatobserver dashboard authenticate successfully. Visit Dashboard → API Access and create or rotate a key if needed.
Confirm connector access
Make sure the Google account you use in Looker Studio has been added as a tester or that the connector deployment has been shared with you.
Refresh authorisation
If credentials expire, open Resource → Manage added data sources in Looker Studio, edit the Chatobserver source, and click “Reauthenticate”.
