Product engineering

Frontend Engineer

This is a product-facing frontend role with high ownership. You will build the interfaces that marketing teams use every day to understand their AI search visibility — reports, charts, comparison views, and the interaction patterns that make complex data legible without oversimplifying it.

Applications opening soon

Role summary

Build the reporting interfaces, dashboard surfaces, and data visualizations that turn AI visibility analysis into something operators can act on.

Why this role exists

The product is expanding its reporting surface significantly. We need someone who treats frontend work as a craft — not just rendering data, but designing the interaction model that makes it useful.

First 90 days

Understand the current dashboard and reporting surfaces end to end.

Why this role exists

The product is expanding its reporting surface significantly. We need someone who treats frontend work as a craft — not just rendering data, but designing the interaction model that makes it useful.

What you will work on

  • Build dashboard views, report layouts, and data visualization components across the product.
  • Own the interaction design and state management for complex, data-heavy interfaces.
  • Work closely with design and product to translate visual concepts into polished, performant implementations.
  • Identify and improve frontend patterns that are limiting product quality or iteration speed.

What a strong fit looks like

  • Strong React and TypeScript skills with experience building complex, data-driven interfaces.
  • A high visual bar — you notice and fix small inconsistencies without being asked.
  • Experience building performant components that handle real data variability gracefully.
  • Comfort working without a large design system to lean on — judgment matters more than pattern-matching.

What will excite you here

  • Building interfaces that make complex data actually comprehensible to real users.
  • Owning the frontend product surface with real creative latitude.
  • Working on a product where the UI directly determines whether the analysis is useful.

First 90 days

  1. 01Understand the current dashboard and reporting surfaces end to end.
  2. 02Ship at least one meaningful improvement to a core product interface.
  3. 03Identify two interaction patterns that are limiting the product and propose improvements.

Hiring process

The process is intentionally short, direct, and anchored in the real work.
