This role owns growth strategy from channel selection to conversion to retention. You will work directly with founders to build distribution that matches the product's positioning — analytical, credible, and clearly differentiated from the noise in the AI visibility space.

Build the demand engine for an AI search visibility product that marketing teams genuinely need, and figure out how to find and convert them efficiently.

What you will work on

  • Own the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Build and test distribution channels that reach marketing directors, SEO leads, and brand teams.
  • Develop content and positioning strategies that reinforce the product's analytical credibility.
  • Work with the product team to identify and improve activation friction points.

What a strong fit looks like

  • Experience building demand generation for a B2B SaaS product from early to meaningful scale.
  • Strong instincts for positioning and messaging in a technical or analytical product category.
  • A track record of finding distribution channels that convert, not just channels with volume.
  • Analytical enough to measure what works and change direction quickly when it does not.
