This role owns the product direction. You will work directly with founders and the team to set priorities, define what the product should become, and translate market reality into a roadmap that is coherent, ambitious, and executable. This is not a product manager role — it is a builder role that happens to run on strategy.

What you will work on
- Own product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap across research, reporting, and operator-facing surfaces.
- Work directly with founders to translate market feedback and research findings into product decisions.
- Define the product direction for new capability areas before they are built, not after.
- Hold the quality bar across the product and push back when implementation does not match intent.
What a strong fit looks like
- Experience leading product direction in a fast-moving, technically complex product environment.
- A track record of making hard prioritization calls and defending them clearly.
- Strong technical intuition — enough to understand system tradeoffs and hold engineers accountable.
- Comfort operating without a large team or process infrastructure to rely on.
