Operations Lead

This role owns the internal operating layer: hiring infrastructure, vendor relationships, financial reporting, legal coordination, and the internal systems that keep the team running efficiently. You will work directly with founders to build operations that are lean by design, not lean by neglect.

What you will work on

  • Own the hiring process infrastructure including ATS configuration, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Build and maintain financial reporting processes and work with external accountants.
  • Coordinate legal and compliance requirements as the company grows.

What a strong fit looks like

  • Experience in an operations, chief of staff, or business operations role at an early-stage startup.
  • Strong project management instincts and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with founders directly and operating without a playbook.
  • Financial literacy — you can read a P&L and understand what matters.
