Design and product
Product Designer
This is a high-ownership design role for someone who treats product design as both a visual and a strategic discipline. You will own the design of dashboard views, report layouts, and operator-facing workflows — and you will be expected to have strong opinions about what belongs in the product and what does not.
Role summary
Design the interfaces, reporting surfaces, and interaction patterns that make AI visibility intelligence legible and actionable for marketing teams.
Why this role exists
The product is entering a phase where design quality directly determines adoption. Data-dense interfaces that feel confusing or cluttered will lose to ones that feel clear and intentional. We need someone who can raise the bar on both.
First 90 days
Develop a deep understanding of how current users interact with the product.
Why this role exists
The product is entering a phase where design quality directly determines adoption. Data-dense interfaces that feel confusing or cluttered will lose to ones that feel clear and intentional. We need someone who can raise the bar on both.
What you will work on
- Design core dashboard, reporting, and comparison interfaces for marketing teams.
- Own the visual and interaction design system for the product.
- Work closely with frontend engineers to translate designs into precise, polished implementations.
- Define information architecture for new capability areas before engineering begins.
What a strong fit looks like
- Strong visual design skills with a track record of shipping polished, complex product interfaces.
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces where clarity and density need to coexist.
- The ability to defend design decisions in terms of user behavior, not just aesthetics.
- Comfort owning design end to end, including the parts that require tight engineering collaboration.
What will excite you here
- Designing the interface layer for a product where design quality is a competitive advantage.
- Owning the design system from scratch rather than inheriting a mature one.
- Working on interfaces that are genuinely novel — there is no template for what this product should look like.
First 90 days
- 01Develop a deep understanding of how current users interact with the product.
- 02Identify the top three design problems limiting product clarity or adoption.
- 03Ship at least one redesigned surface that measurably improves usability.
Hiring process
The process is intentionally short, direct, and anchored in the real work.
