Use Overview to review the monitoring results for the selected workspace and date range. Start with answer coverage, then look at brand visibility, competitive movement, sentiment, and sources.

Keep the same date range and filters when comparing metrics. Example workspace.

Establish the comparison first

Confirm that you are in the right workspace. Set the date window and any available platform or prompt filters. Compare equivalent periods and a consistent prompt set: adding a new group of questions can change aggregate results without changing performance on the original questions. An empty metric is not automatically a zero. It may mean there are no eligible answers for the current selection. Check the number of collected and analysed answers before drawing a conclusion.

Investigate the movement

When a summary changes, open the relevant prompts and read their answers. A practical review order is:
  1. Find the questions associated with the movement.
  2. Compare equivalent answers by platform and region.
  3. Read the passages about your brand and competitors.
  4. Inspect the source pages cited in those answers.
The overview is an entry point for investigation. Answer history gives you the individual responses, sentiment explains how brands are described, and Sources shows the pages and domains appearing in citations.

Keep reporting consistent

Record the date range and prompt coverage when sharing an update. If you change the monitoring set, explain that change alongside the results. Use Reports to present the findings and the context together.
