A workspace contains the prompts, answers, competitors, and reports for a brand. Your organisation owns the workspace and its billing relationship. Use separate workspaces for different brands or clients so their data and access remain separate.

Create the workspace

  1. Open the workspace selector in the dashboard and choose Add workspace.
  2. Select the organisation that should own it, if you belong to more than one.
  3. Choose Standard workspace for ongoing monitoring.
  4. Enter the brand or client name and its primary domain.
  5. Choose Create workspace.
Use the business’s actual brand name, rather than the name of the person managing the account. Enter the website domain associated with that brand. These details help you interpret brand matching and citations later.

Keep organisation and workspace names distinct

An agency organisation can own workspaces for several clients. An organisation name in the creation dialog identifies ownership; it is not the monitored brand’s name. Check both before saving. Invite collaborators through Access, and review brand identity and competitor aliases if the brand is known by more than one name.

Add the first question

Open Prompts in the new workspace. The first-prompt walkthrough helps you create a question and collect an answer. You can skip it to use bulk import or configure the workspace first. Follow the first-prompt guide when you are ready.
