Open the feature’s tab and choose Request access. The request belongs to your workspace, so one request covers the team using that workspace.

What happens after a request?

The tab changes to a request-under-review state. You do not need to submit another request or ask each colleague to request it separately. Approval opens the feature for the workspace as access is enabled. Some platform choices in the prompt editor also offer access requests. Use the request control beside the platform you want to add.

What do the access states mean?

  • Request access: the feature accepts a request from this workspace.
  • Under review: the request is recorded and awaiting a decision.
  • Approved: access has been approved; the interface may identify a remaining activation step.
  • Not available yet: access is not currently open for this workspace.
A temporarily unavailable access check is different from a declined request. Refresh the page if the app says it cannot check access.

Request access for another client

Switch to that client’s workspace before submitting. Requests for one workspace do not automatically apply to every workspace in an organisation. For help with a pending request, use Help in the dashboard and include the workspace name and requested feature. Do not send API keys, sign-in links, or passwords.
