Check that you are signing in with the email address that owns the workspace or received its invitation. Being signed in identifies your account; workspace access also depends on membership and the workspace’s current state.

Check the account and invitation

Use the newest sign-in email you requested. Magic links expire and can be used only once. If you use a connected sign-in provider, confirm which email account the provider selected. For an invitation, use the invited email address. Ask the workspace owner to check the invitation and membership if the workspace does not appear after you sign in.

If you return to the sign-in page

Note whether any error appears and whether the problem happens with both email and your sign-in provider. Avoid creating several duplicate accounts to work around the redirect. Contact support with the affected email address, approximate time, and the page you were trying to open. Do not forward the magic link itself.

If only one tab is unavailable

Check whether the tab needs early access, whether your role permits the action, and whether the workspace shows a billing or access message. A missing feature and a failed sign-in are different problems. Workspace owners can review members and permissions to resolve membership issues.
