Check whether the answer’s analysis is complete, whether the passage refers to the intended brand, and whether other-brand highlighting is enabled. A brand mention alone does not necessarily contain positive or negative sentiment.

Read the sentence around the highlight

Look for qualifications, negation, and comparisons. “Not the cheapest option” and “not a poor choice” have different meanings despite both containing a negation. A statement can also be positive for one use case and negative for another. Use Highlight other brands to inspect competitor passages. That control changes which evidence is shown; it does not change the original answer or its analysis.

Check the matching context

Confirm the workspace’s brand identity and competitor aliases. A similarly named business or a generic word used as an alias can make a passage difficult to interpret. Read competitor and alias guidance before broadening an alias.

Report a specific example

If the highlighted passage still appears wrong, send support the answer reference, collection date, brand, and sentence. Explain the expected interpretation. The original response and exact passage provide a better starting point than a dashboard percentage alone. See sentiment analysis for how to interpret the broader patterns.
