Use Alerts to define conditions for the metrics you want to monitor. Available alert types include share-of-voice drops, mention spikes, and citation spikes, with email as a notification channel.

Create an alert

Choose the metric, set whether the condition is above or below a threshold, and enter the threshold. Review the existing alert list after saving and confirm that the alert is active. Start with thresholds that reflect the size of your monitoring set. A small number of answers can produce a large percentage change. Review your normal variation before relying on a threshold for important decisions.

Investigate the notification

Open the workspace and compare the affected date range with a relevant prior period. Check answer coverage, changes to the prompt set, and the individual responses behind the movement. An alert identifies a condition worth reviewing. It does not establish the cause of the change or prove a broader change across all AI conversations.

Reduce noise

Disable an alert while you reconsider its threshold, or remove it when it is no longer useful. Keep separate alerts for distinct questions you intend to act on, rather than creating overlapping conditions that produce the same investigation.
