Workspace Setup & Access

Set up your workspace so analytics and prompts route data correctly.

Workspace settings

  • Primary domain – Set the main domain you want to track; used for snippet verification and brand visibility.
  • Tracked domains – Add owned domains and competitors for accurate brand visibility labeling.
  • Workspace name – Use a clear, recognizable name for your team.

Roles and access

  • Owner – Full access, billing, and teammate management.
  • Admin – Manage prompts, analysis, and most settings; limited billing.
  • Member – Run prompts and view data based on workspace permissions.

Inviting teammates

  • Go to Team and send invites via email.
  • Assign the correct role at invite time; you can adjust later if needed.

Verification

  • Owners/admins can verify the analytics snippet from the Overview tab.
  • If automated verification is blocked, manually confirm installation.

Tips

  • Keep at least two admins to cover escalations.
  • Review permissions before sharing sensitive prompts or analysis outputs.
