Usage Limits & Credit Holds

Keep tabs on prompt and analysis usage to avoid interruptions.

Usage limits

• Prompt limits – Maximum prompts per plan; overrides may apply.
• Analysis credits – Monthly analysis allotment; unlimited plans return null/0.
• Overrides – Workspace-specific overrides supersede plan defaults.

Credit holds

• When usage exceeds limits, a credit hold may pause prompt runs or analysis.
• The dashboard shows an inline banner explaining the hold and how to resolve it.

Tips

• Monitor usage in Dashboard → Usage.
• Stagger prompt schedules to spread analysis load.
• Contact support if you need a temporary increase or find discrepancies.
