Run Lifecycle & Troubleshooting

Each prompt run produces raw answers and, if enabled, analyzed citations. Use this guide to understand statuses and resolve issues.

Statuses

• Queued – Scheduled or manual run waiting to execute.
• Running – Execution in progress.
• Completed – Run finished successfully.
• Failed – An error occurred; retry or check platform quotas.
• Skipped – Run was skipped (e.g., paused schedule).

Analysis

• Enable analysis on prompts to normalize citations for the Sources tab.
• Analysis runs after answers are collected; failures here don’t block run completion but affect citations.

Troubleshooting

• Failed runs – Check platform credentials/quotas and retry.
• No citations – Ensure analysis is enabled and the run returned answers containing sources.
• Long queues – Stagger schedules to reduce contention.

Tips

• Review recent runs before changing cadence.
• Use groups/personas to isolate problematic prompts and test manually.
